Honey Glazed Chicken
Yields 4 Servings
You will need:
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/8 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts, Diced
Ready?
- Stir together the red pepper flakes, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken in hot oil until lightly brown, about 5 minutes.
- Pour honey mixture into skillet and continue to cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center and sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes more.
- Plate and enjoy!

Cream Cheese Corn
Yields 4 Servings
You will need:
- 1.5 Pounds Corn
- 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- Pinch of Sugar, To Taste
Ready?
- Combine the corn, butter or margarine and the cream cheese in a medium sized saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add a dash of sugar for added sweet element.
- Serve hot.
- Enjoy!
